CCMS’s School-Based Program (SBP) has partnered with Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) to provide additional support services to children between the ages of 3-17, who have been identified with social-emotional and behavioral challenges, who currently have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

 

Our top priority is to work extensively with the students and the systems that affect the student to insure success in the classroom. This service is a link to ensure communication and collaboration between the school and home are equipped to support the student in achieving behavioral and academic milestones.

The SBP Team provides: 

• Early Learning Office (ELO) Mental Health Program Services

• Early Childhood Center (ECC) and

• K-12 Services

The SBP also facilitates the Strengthening Families Program.
